Every thing went fine with Trillora but Fed-Ex has yet to find my house most of my orders on the internet shipped through Fed-Ex have been delayed for some reason or another with UPS my orders almost always arrive on thier scheduled date.

Due to an error on my part, I misread the instructions and thought I had the wrong parts. I called customer service and they agreed to ship the correct parts immediatly. When I realized my error, i called back and the customer service rep (Jeff) walked me through the instructions to see if they needed to be clearer. Great response!!

What a pleasant experience! Professional service and prompt replies to e-mails. The folks at Trillora have got their stuff together. I had been looking at a particular TV stand at local merchants, but none had the unit in stock. After waiting for weeks for one of the locals to get one, I searched on the net and found Trillora. They said that the unit was available, and they even saved me having to pay any shipping charges by setting up a will call for me at the manufacturer who was near my home. On top of that, Trillora's price on the stand was $20.00 cheaper than the local retailers. I would highly reccomend Trillora.com to anyone.

Great prices versus Office Depot and OfficeMax even with the shipping charges taken into consideration. However, on my first order, I had to contact the company to ask about the status of my order because the initial ship dates were not being observed or the status was not being updated. (I am not sure which one was the case.) Once the package was shipped, I had to call again to find out why my order was sitting in a warehouse for 4 days. On my second order, I didnt encounter any delays and the shipment/delivery went smoothly.

I ordered the audio/video component stand. It was delivered promptly however UPS must have thrown my package like a newspaper delivery boy cause the box was tore up and the parts were scratched. However, Trillora was nice enough to offer me a completely new one at no cost to me or refund me the shipping. I went ahead and opted for the shipping to be refunded because I had already assembled the stand and wanted to avoid any hassle. Trillora has been very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. The efficiency and ease of purchase was great and Trillora consistently followed up with details on the delivery status. Delivery was prompt but the driver informed me that it cost me another $50.00 if I had the item brought from the truck to the door of my apartment building although he did at least help me off the truck with it and to the door but that was it. I would have had to pay him another $50 to get the item to my apartment door. I am very happy with the merchandise.
