Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only California resident customers must pay sales tax. Sales tax is added during the checkout process and will provided to you before payment is completed.

How much do you charge for shipping?
For your convenience, our shopping cart will calculate shipping online for you.

    What are your shipping limitations?
    We do not offer any form of Air Freight services on furniture, and we do not ship furniture to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO, AP, or AFE addresses.

    Rule of thumb: if a truck cannot drive from california to the front of your home or office and park an 18 wheeler, we may have trouble delivering to your location. See special delivery needs.

    Can I pick up my furniture from the factory (will call)?
    We offer will call orders for Studio RTA products from Southern Ca. They are located at:

    How do I use a coupon code?
    Trillora.com has a variety of coupons available which may save you money. If you have been issued a coupon code, or qualify for a coupon code during our checkout process, simply enter the coupon code into the provided text box labeled "Coupon or Promotional Code" on the shopping cart during checkout.

    What is a pre-order, and how will I be charged?
    Pre-ordering is a great way to reserve an item that is sold out due to popularity. For example, in the event that the factory only makes 10, you can ensure one of those is yours by placing a pre-order.

    Certain items on our site are flagged as "pre-order only" in the description. These items are in high demand, sold out, or special order items. They are available to purchase online in advance of stock being produced.

    If you place a pre-order, your credit card is charged on the order date, and must be paid in advance. This applies to all orders, backorders, pre-orders and special orders. Once paid, the merchandise order is processed, prepaid, and reserved for you at the factory, and it will ship out once the stock arrives.

    Does Gautier Furniture have english instructions?
    Yes. Instructions are easy to understand, easy to follow, and usually only require a screwdriver to assemble most of the Gautier office, bedroom, and home furniture products, which ship knock-down(KD) or partially/fully assembled.

    I purchased from a retail store, and I am missing assembly instructions. Do you have assembly instructions?
