In order to provide you with the most clear information about your purchasing experience, here are our terms and conditions.
Standard Shipping Procedures
Computer parts, cabling and electronics will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.
UPS-able Furniture will ship UPS/FedEx Ground whenever possible, we choose the best rates available.
Non-UPSable furniture by Altra, Ameriwood Charleswood Ridgewood, Plateau, Studio RTA, and Gautier Furniture will ship via Common Carrier Freight Trucks (usually 18-wheeler tractor trailers). Due to serveral OSHA regulations, the driver will perform a sidewalk delivery only, and will not enter your home or business. Signature is required by someone over the age of 18, and we highly recommend an outside carton inspection before signing for the product. If any carton damage is visible, you must note those damages prior to signing for the delivery. The trucking company will contact you prior to delivery, to schedule a delivery appointment with you.
Kathy Ireland By Martin furniture orders (MRT item codes) are mostly heavy fully assembled items, and will ship via curbside/tailgate delivery or dock delivery if you have a dock. Driver will help you unload, but you will be responsible for taking the products from the truck into your home or office. Because of the weight and size of the Martin furniture items, we highly recommend you have at least 2 people present during the delivery appointment, for large orders or heavy items.
If you cannot accept the tailgate delivery, you should upgrade your shipping services to Home Direct White Glove Silver or Gold. This delivery will have our shipping carriers take it inside with a 2 man, white glove inside delivery service.

Multiple Vendor Orders
If you order items from two different manufacturers, you will receive two different shipments, and two different tracking #'s, since we ship factory direct. If this is a concern for you, the first three letters in our item codes determine the manufacturer for your convenience.
Martin furniture orders should always be ordered separately if you are upgrading to Premium delivery.
Damages, Defects, Loss and Order Errors
Our furniture deliveries are 100% insured, and if anything gets lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it absolutley free, or send rapid replacement parts. If any product we ship is defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will also pickup and replace it at no costs to you.
For common carrier freight truck shipments, or premium white glove services, you must note ANY damages or missing cartons on the delivery slip, BEFORE signing and accepting delivery.
If your order was shipped complete from the factory and is missing a carton during delivery, and noted at time of delivery, we process an addendum order to complete your order, and ship the missing item at no cost to you.
Please report any missing or damaged cartons to customer support within 7 days of the delivery date of your order. Trillora.com will handle any and all freight loss/damage claims, purchaser will never have to deal with claim paperwork, or pay any return shipping fees, replacement shipping fees for loss, damages, and defects.
Return Policy
All returns must be scheduled by Trillora.com, and must be issued a Return Auhorization number in most cases. Do not ship products back to any warehouse or office location, without our authorization first. They may be refused, and you will be liable for all related charges for freight.
Original cartons and packaging must be used for all returns to ensure safe return of the merchandise.
Electronics Return Policy
For a period of thirty days from the order date, if you are not completely satisfied with any of the electronics products we sell, we will refund you the entire amount of your order, less the original shipping and return shipping charges, which are the responsiblity of the customer. Returns must be in the original packaging, with all product documentation and accessories, and the item, package and any accessories must be in re-sellable, non-used condition.
Furniture Return Policy
Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be issued an immediate full refund upon verification of order status.
Orders cancelled on or after the actual ship date will be refunded the original order total, minus shipping and return shipping charges, regardless of whether or not you have been notified of the shipping status. Most furniture factories will also charge a 20% re-stocking fee, which will also be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer refunds on furniture that has been assembled by the purchaser. If you are having the furniture assembled by a 3rd party, the purchaser should inspect all items before having them assemble the products, to ensure you recieved the correct color/item/style that you desired.

For Free Shipping OR $5.00 shipping specials: If you cancel the order after it ships for any reason you will be charged the restocking fee, actual shipping rates to you, and actual rates back to the factory. These costs for shipping are usually about $0.50 to $1.00 per pound depending on the method of shipping.
Martin orders cancelled after the actual ship date, with premium delivery shipping, will result in you being charged the premium delivery fees, in addition to the actual shipping rates to you and back to the factory. If the premium delivery services have not been performed, we are still charged for the services once it is picked up, and you will be responsible for these charges.
Avenue Six Furniture Return Policy Notice
For non-defective returns, and orders cancelled on or after the actual ship date for any reason, our customers will be charged shipping charges in and out bound, in addition to a 25% restocking fee for the return.
Plateau Furniture Notice Return Policy
We do not offer returns or cancellations on Plateau furniture. This product line ships from an international location within 48-72 hours of your order, and they do not accept returns or cancellations.
Plateau furniture is still protecteed by our 100% damage free guarantee, so any lost shipments, defects or damages will be replaced at no cost to you.

Item codes are the item prefixes as they our item pages.
Vendor processing time is how long it takes for your order to get processed and shipped.
Total Time is the approximate time you will have to wait for your order.
We could make more sales if we advertised shorter times, but we prefer to be honest with our customers.

*These are estimates and are not guaranteed, but we are early on 75% of our shipments, and we meet the above range more than 95% of the time. Product backorders may cause delays to the above listed times, and we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible via email of any backorder status changes, when possible. In the event of any late shipments due to our suppliers or carriers, we will not offer financial compensation for delays beyond our control. We will not waive our return policy or cancellation policies for failing to meet the above delivery dates, as these dates vary.
Pre-Order Prcessing
Pre-ordering is a great way to reserve an item that is sold out due to popularity. For example, in the event that the factory only makes 10, you can ensure one of those is yours by placing a pre-order.
Certain items on our site are flagged as "pre-order only" in the description. These items are in high demand, sold out, or special order items. They are available to purchase online in advance of stock being produced.
If you place a pre-order, your credit card is charged on the order date, and must be paid in advance. This applies to all orders, backorders, pre-orders and special orders. Once paid, the merchandise order is processed, prepaid, and reserved for you at the factory, and it will ship out once the stock arrives.
Missed Delivery Appointments
Failure to be available on a scheduled appointment date & time on the buyers part, for any Common carrier truck or Bekins Delivery may result in additional shipping fees ranging from $35-$50. You must notify the carrier if you cannot make a scheduled appointment to avoid these charges.
Fedex and UPS packages are sent without a signature requirement. They will leave the package at your door if the area is safe. You can request signature required for an additional fee.
Special Delivery Needs
For our handicapped customers, or customers living with special delivery circumstances such as long dirt driveways, unpaved roads, backroad homes, very steep grades or homes on islands, please make arrangements with Trillora.com in advance for your delivery to see if it is possible. Trillora.com will not be responsible for online orders placed with specials needs without our prior assistance, and then result in a cancellation due to delivery conditions. Delivery fees outbound and return freight will be the responsibility of the customer should a cancellation arise due to delivery circumstances which could have been avoided.
Order Cancellations
All order cancellations should be submitted in writing, and will be subject to the terms of the return policy listed below. You may use this form to cancel your order, or email your cancellation request to support@trillora.com. Be sure to include your order number when submitting your cancellation form or email to us.

Purchasing products online, or using the goods or services offered.
The content displayed by Trillora.com's website.
Your access or inability to access our website.
The use of mis-manufacturered or defective parts, materials, or products, which are the manufacturer's responsibility.
Assembly of any furniture.
Delivery of the products, including inside delivery services provided by our carriers.
Custom modifications made to any of our electronic or furniture products.
