The design excellence of Virco’s custom upholstered stack chairs goes beyond the naked eye. While their strong, tubular steel frames and attractive upholstery are plain to see, there’s something more you should know about our chairs. Premium upholstery foam gives them a long-term competitive edge. While upholstery foam quality is measured by a number of criteria, the most important are density and I.L.D. (indentation load deflection) and the relationship between them. Simply put, density and I.L.D. work together to determine both the firmness and durability of upholstery foam.

  • Overall Dimension: 18 in. W x 22 in. D x 35 1/2 in. H [17 1/2 in H @ seat]
  • Frames are constructed of 7/8-in square, heavy-gauge tubular steel.
  • A 7/8-in square, heavy-gauge tubular steel cross member is welded to the frame for enhanced seat strength.
  • Stack bars welded to the legs help protect the upholstery of stacked chairs, while helping to align the stack.
  • A 5/8-in square, heavy-gauge tubular steel H-brace is welded to the rear legs.
  • Plastic stack bumpers help protect frames when chairs are stacked.
  • Can be used with Hand Cart/Trucks HCT4 and HCT789
  • Weight: 18.5 lbs ea.
